Residential Heating & Cooling is owned and operated by Paul Hoover and wife Sarah. Paul has been in the HVAC industry for more than 30 years. He started out working for another HVAC company where he worked for several years. Paul was hired on at Residential Heating and Cooling in 1993 as a part time apprentice. During his apprentceship, he gained experience, more responsibilities and was eventually promoted to Lead Installer, and then finally to Head Technician. In 2001 Paul and Sarah purchased Residential Heating & Cooling and the rest, as they say, is history.
